“You have to dream before your dreams can come true.” ~ A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

The future is uncertain, but when we dream, it is full of possibilities. Dreams illuminate human potential, but unrealized, they can make you feel like you’re wishing on unlucky stars. Nothing crushes the human spirit more than thinking dreams have no way to flourish. Here are six questions that you can ask people to get to know who they really are and how you can help them make their dreams come true with Reliv.

1. What do you do for fun?

You make time for the things that really matter to you. It’s always good to know what makes someone joyful and what they are passionate about. This is where you can begin to connect with people on an individual level — maybe you have some interests in common.

2. Tell me your story. How did you get to where you are now?

Their answer to this question shows what led them to where they are now. Make sure you ask about why they left past work positions. Pay close attention to the attitude they have as they tell their story and ask background questions. Try to figure out things you have in common.

3. What skills have you gained from your life experience?

Skills and knowledge are things that you can take with you anywhere. People bring unique talents that are transferable to other businesses (including Reliv). Knowing your abilities breeds confidence, a vital component to overcoming fears and reaching goals.

4. What scares you most about becoming a Reliv Distributor?

This is a bold question. Starting something new can be scary. But if you understand any fears keeping them from launching a Reliv business, you can help alleviate them.

5. Imagine your ideal life. What does it look like?

When you ask this, you are getting to know what they value most. Listen intently to everything they say. Ask questions about their dreams until you have a clear picture in your mind.

6. How do you think Reliv can help you reach your goals?

Now that you know them a little bit better, you can start painting a vision of a better life. The more you understand people’s dreams, the easier it is to help them achieve them.
